Lim Hyunsik, a prominent member of the popular South Korean boy band BTOB, is set to headline a solo concert in Seoul on October 14-15, according to an announcement made by the group's agency, Cube Entertainment, on Tuesday.
This upcoming concert marks a significant milestone for Lim, as it has been nearly four years since he last graced the stage as a solo performer. Notably, he released his debut solo album titled "Rendez-Vous" in October 2019, followed by a successful solo live show the following month.
In the midst of Lim Hyunsik's return to the spotlight, Cube Entertainment has also confirmed ongoing discussions with all six BTOB members concerning the renewal of their contracts. BTOB, originally debuting under Cube Entertainment's banner in 2012, took the proactive step of renewing their contracts in 2018, emphasizing their commitment to their loyal fanbase. Notably, the group's most recent musical offering was their 12th EP, titled "Wind and Wish," which was released in May.
As BTOB fans eagerly anticipate Lim Hyunsik's solo concert, the future of the beloved group remains a topic of interest, with potential contract renewals promising to keep the BTOB legacy alive.
