Monsta X's Hyungwon Announces Military Service Start Date

Hyungwon, a member of the popular K-pop group Monsta X, has revealed that he will commence his mandatory military service on November 14.
In a handwritten letter to his fans, he expressed his feelings about the upcoming service, acknowledging that it feels unfamiliar to share this news. He also conveyed a sense of relief about this decision.
Hyungwon specifically mentioned his concern for Monsta X's official fandom, Monbebe, assuring them that he will return as a more dependable and stronger version of himself, pledging to protect them from challenging circumstances like strong winds.
The announced date for his discharge from military service is May 13, and he expressed his anticipation of reuniting with Monbebe on the following day. Hyungwon originally debuted with Monsta X on May 14, 2015. Notably, he is the fifth member of the group to fulfill his mandatory military duty.
