KIDARI GALLERY, established on March 21, 2014, has become a prominent art and culture space representing Daegu after relocating to Daegu Innovation City in August 2020. The name 'KIDARI' is derived from the Korean word for a tall person, such as Jervis in the novel 'Daddy-Long-Legs', and represents the gallery's theme of fostering young talent.
The gallery has played a vital role in discovering and nurturing young artists in the field of culture and arts. With new and diverse ideas, KIDARI GALLERY aims to contribute even more to the culture and arts market. The gallery provides a comfortable environment, similar to "home," to attract more people to access artworks. Additionally, KIDARI GALLERY forms networks with foreign galleries, shares art-related information with other galleries in each city, and introduces various contemporary artworks.
To share the joy of art with the public, KIDARI GALLERY plans to showcase seasonal themed exhibitions, invite domestic and foreign artists to exhibitions, and host special exhibitions. Visitors can find KIDARI GALLERY at 3-5 Sinseo-ro 21-gil, Dong-gu, Daegu, 41067, South Korea. For inquiries, please contact TEL. +82.70.7566.5995 or e-mail kidarigallery@gmail.com.
