The film follows a documentary producer played by Han Ji-hyeon who teams up with a blind craftsman's son, portrayed by Park Jeong-min, to investigate the decades-old disappearance of his mother, played by Shin Hyun-been. Another Korean thriller, "Murder Report," began its theatrical run on September 5 under director Cho Young-jun's guidance. Rounding out the week's releases is "Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle," a Japanese action-fantasy anime that has been playing since August 22. Directed by Haruo Sotozaki, this film represents the first installment of a climactic trilogy. The story centers on demon slayers who must battle formidable enemies within the fortress of the powerful demon Muzan, as protagonist Tanjiro and his companions face what may be their most dangerous challenge to date.
