Three members of the popular K-pop boy band Stray Kids, Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin, are in the process of recovering from minor injuries sustained in a recent car accident, the group's agency, JYP Entertainment, announced on Thursday.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 20, as the members were returning home after their scheduled activities. A statement from JYP Entertainment confirmed that while the collision was minor, the trio was promptly taken to a hospital for comprehensive medical checkups. Although the injuries were not severe, the members experienced light muscle pain and bruises, for which they received recommended conservative therapies.
JYP Entertainment expressed regret for the unexpected news and emphasized their commitment to prioritize the artists' health and provide full support for their swift recovery. Consequently, Lee Know and Hyunjin's planned attendance at Milan Fashion Week and Seungmin's scheduled birthday livestream on Friday have been canceled. Only Bangchan, Changbin, and Han will proceed with their participation in the Global Citizen Festival in New York on Saturday.
Earlier this month, Stray Kids had announced their plans to hold a two-day concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome in October, a highly anticipated event among fans.
