Wave Entertainment Aims to Diversify Talent Roster Beyond Foreign Personalities

The agency expressed its commitment to becoming an all-encompassing entertainment agency.
"We will send endless support to Woo Hye-rim, who has been constantly challenging herself as a writer, translator, and actor after being active as a member of [Wonder Girls]," the agency added.
Woo, who initially debuted with Wonder Girls under JYP Entertainment in 2010, has been engaged in various pursuits since the group halted its activities in 2017. In her own statement, Woo expressed excitement about joining the new agency, pledging to showcase an improved facet of her talents under Wave Entertainment's representation.

Former Wonder Girls member Woo Hye-rim has recently inked an exclusive contract with Wave Entertainment, the entertainment agency co-founded by TV personalities Tyler Rasch and Julian Quintart. The agency, known for the duo's appearance on "Abnormal Summit" from 2014 to 2017, is making Woo its first Korean artist.
