Social media posts by Song Da-eun have led to renewed rumors about her relationship with BTS' Jimin

BTS member Jimin and actor Song Da-eun are at the center of renewed romance rumors following Song's recent social media activity. On Thursday, Song posted a video to Instagram showing a man, obscured by an emoji, walking by the sea. Observers noted the location resembled a seaside spot featured in a BTS video released in April 2020.

Additionally, Song shared a video of a living room that fans of BTS, known as Army, believe matches the interior of Jimin's home. She also posted photos wearing BTS merchandise and using "matching couple AirPod cases" labeled with the names “Daeun” and “Jimin.” The posts were subsequently deleted after gaining widespread attention and sparking controversy among fans.

This is not the first time rumors of a relationship between Jimin and Song have circulated. In September 2023, Song addressed the speculation, stating on Instagram, “Please don’t ask me about a third person’s affairs,” and claimed she was merely a fan of BTS. Big Hit Entertainment, Jimin’s agency, has declined to comment on the matter.
