Currently serving his mandatory military service with the 15th Infantry Division's marching band, RM participated in the Tomato Festival held in Hwacheon, where the division is stationed. Local media reports confirm that he was seen preparing for his performance alongside his fellow soldiers. The festival is scheduled to continue until Sunday.

In a separate update, RM shared a photo on social media announcing his promotion to the rank of corporal. He enlisted in December 2023 and is expected to be discharged in June 2025.

Meanwhile, Jin, the eldest member of BTS, completed his military service in June, and J-Hope is set to follow, with his service expected to conclude in October.
