Designed by Studio Jaene under the leadership of principal designer Neha Jaene, the residence was conceived to fulfill the client's vision of a home that would be both minimalist and fully functional. The design brief called for a space that felt spacious, timeless, and tactile, with an understated sense of luxury that would appeal to family members across different age groups and lifestyle preferences.

The conceptual foundation of the project draws its strength from silk as a metaphor, inspiring interiors that feel smooth, layered, and timeless much like the fabric itself. This approach guided the design team in achieving richness without excess, utilizing textures, materials, and natural light to introduce depth while maintaining a restrained, gender-neutral visual language throughout the home.

The design style can best be described as minimalism with a touch of luxury, where clean, uncluttered lines form the aesthetic foundation.
