Edam Entertainment Confirms Tang Wei's Involvement in "Shh..." - A Side B Track from IU's Upcoming Album

This collaboration marks Tang Wei's first foray into starring in a music video. In a press release, Tang expressed her motivation for taking on the project, stating, "The reason why I took up this project is simple. It's because I like IU. I love her talent, personality, and her music. This is my first time starring in a music video. It was a pleasure to work with IU, and I learned a lot on the scene."
Tang Wei also shared insights into the dynamic portrayed in the music video, revealing that IU plays the role of both her mother and friend, making the relationship depicted in the video intriguing.
The track "Shh..." is a collaborative effort between IU, Hyein of NewJeans, and Joe Won-sun of Rollercoaster. Notably, the song features a special narration by an undisclosed figure.
IU's sixth EP is scheduled for release on February 20, with the music video for "Shh..." set to premiere on February 23.
