The Credia Park Concert, Korea's pioneering outdoor classical music event launched in 2010, returns this September after a five-year hiatus. Scheduled from September 6 to 8 at the Olympic Park 88 Garden in southeastern Seoul, this year's concert promises a diverse lineup of renowned musicians.
The following day, September 7, "Disney in Concert" will enchant audiences with Broadway singers Aaron Phillips, Andrea Ross, Andrew Johnson, and Whitney Kaufman, accompanied by the Ditto Orchestra. The program will showcase beloved tunes from Disney classics like "The Little Mermaid" and "The Lion King."
On September 8, pianist Son Yeol-eum will lead the "Son Yeol-eum Park Concert – Rhapsody in Blue." This captivating performance will feature a blend of classical and jazz-inspired pieces, including Mozart piano concertos and Gershwin’s iconic "Rhapsody in Blue." Since its inception, the Park Concert has hosted esteemed artists such as the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Yo-Yo Ma, Sumi Jo, and Chung Myung-Whun, captivating audiences with world-class performances.
Tickets for the event range from 50,000 won to 100,000 won ($36 to $72), catering to classical music enthusiasts and cultural aficionados alike.
