▲ Courtesy of Cube EntertainmentGirl group Lightsum is set to release a new digital single titled “Pose!” on August 7, as announced by their agency, Cube Entertainment, on Thursday.

This upcoming single marks the group's return with fresh material about 10 months after the release of their tenth EP, "Honey or Spice." Over the past year and a half, Lightsum has undergone significant changes, including a reorganization into a six-member group. Additionally, leader Sangah participated in the competition show “Queendom Puzzle,” showcasing her versatility and talent.

Lightsum, which debuted in June 2021 with eight members and the single “Vanilla,” has since expanded its musical range. The group has released a series of diverse tracks, including “Vivace,” “Alive,” and “Honey or Spice.” Notably, Sangah and Juhyeon demonstrated their producing skills by co-writing “Skyline,” a B-side track from their previous EP.

The release of “Pose!” is highly anticipated as it represents the group's continued evolution and musical exploration.
