K-pop girl group celebrates milestone with a retrospective video and messages, as they gear up for their second world tour

The messages expressed gratitude for the five years filled with good memories, emphasizing the importance of the fans, known as Midzy. Some messages conveyed the members' commitment to making Midzy happy in the coming year.
To engage with fans further, the group held an online streaming session at 9 p.m.
ITZY, debuting under JYP Entertainment in 2019 with the digital EP "IT'z Different" and the lead track "Dalla Dalla," consists of five members: Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna.
The group is set to embark on its second world tour, titled "Born to Be," with concerts in Seoul on Feb. 24 and Feb. 25. The tour will span 27 cities worldwide, concluding in Hong Kong in August, as announced by the group's agency. Lia, currently on hiatus due to health issues, will not be participating in the tour.

Each member shared a video titled "ITZY 5th Anniversary MIDZY" on her personal Instagram account at midnight on Sunday, exactly five years after the group's debut on Feb. 12, 2019. The video, set to the song "MIDZY," dedicated to the group's fan club of the same name, features a compilation of photos and clips showcasing the members and their fans over the past five years.
