Byeon Woo-seok, star of "Lovely Runner," swiftly dismissed rumors of a romantic involvement with model Jeon Ji-soo on Friday.

An official statement from Byeon's agency, Baro Entertainment, categorically refuted the rumors, asserting that "the alleged relationship between Byeon and Jeon is entirely unfounded. They are simply college friends, and Jeon Ji-soo is currently in a committed relationship with someone else."

Byeon Woo-seok has garnered significant attention for his portrayal of Ryu Sun-jae, the vocalist of the top band Eclipse and a prominent actor, in tvN's "Lovely Runner," where he stars alongside Kim Hye-yoon.

In response to the surge in public interest amid his career peak, Byeon's agency promptly addressed the circulating dating rumors. Meanwhile, Byeon is slated to make an appearance on SBS's "Running Man," scheduled to air on Sunday.
