Frieze Los Angeles, one of the most prominent art fairs in the United States, is set to take place as planned, even amid California's wildfire recovery efforts.
This year’s art fair will be held from February 20 to 23 at Santa Monica Airport, adhering to its original schedule.
The Frieze organization has expressed its commitment to supporting the local art community and aiding recovery efforts despite the damage caused by the wildfires.
To support those affected by the disaster, Frieze is collaborating with the Getty Foundation to help establish a relief fund worth approximately 17.5 billion KRW (12 million USD).
Meanwhile, the LA Art Show, celebrating its 30th anniversary, is also scheduled to run for five days from February 19 at the LA Convention Center.
