PIP Labs, the developer of the blockchain-based IP platform Story, has announced the integration of the Allora Network into its ecosystem. Allora, a machine learning (ML)-powered AI network equipped with self-improvement capabilities, is set to enhance Story’s ability to tokenize, protect, and monetize intellectual property (IP) for individuals and AI agents alike.
The Story platform serves as a pioneering Web3 tool for transforming knowledge into IP tokens, enabling automated revenue generation for creators and developers. With Allora’s advanced features, including crowdsourcing, reinforcement learning, and self-improvement, users of the Story ecosystem can build decentralized applications (dApps) and AI agent infrastructures more efficiently while managing IP with enhanced precision.
Allora's AI models bring new intelligence to IP management by analyzing industry trends and user engagement to determine market value for creative assets. These insights empower creators on the Story platform to make informed decisions regarding licensing, collaborations, and distribution. Additionally, Allora provides real-time pricing for illiquid digital assets such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), real-world assets (RWAs), carbon credits (CCTs), and real estate tokens, ensuring greater transparency and efficiency in IP transactions.
The integration also elevates the development of personalized applications on the Story platform. Allora’s data-driven analytics enable features like tailored content recommendations and enhanced user engagement. Its AI-powered predictive models, covering variables such as price volatility, liquidity, and interest rates, support sophisticated revenue strategies while incorporating robust risk management models to ensure platform security. As a result, developers and creators can achieve equitable revenue generation based on their IP contributions.
Jason Zhao, co-founder of PIP Labs, emphasized the transformative potential of this partnership. "This collaboration represents a groundbreaking milestone in maximizing the synergy between AI and IP within the Web3 ecosystem," Zhao said. "By combining Allora's self-learning decentralized network with Story's platform, we are driving innovation in the realms of creation and development."
Founded in San Francisco, PIP Labs is at the forefront of IP-focused blockchain innovation. Established by Jason Zhao, a former DeepMind researcher at Google AI, at the age of 22, the company has raised a total of $140 million (approximately KRW 190 billion) in funding. This includes three consecutive investment rounds led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), a rare distinction previously seen in notable cases like Coinbase. PIP Labs currently boasts a valuation of $2.25 billion (approximately KRW 3 trillion).
By integrating Allora into its ecosystem, PIP Labs aims to revolutionize how creators and developers leverage AI and blockchain to advance IP management and monetization in a decentralized and equitable manner.
