Popular K-pop boy band Seventeen will transform Los Angeles into an immersive fan playground next month as part of their world tour activities. The group's management company, Pledis Entertainment, announced that "Seventeen The City LA" will take over various locations across the city from October 11-19, creating a comprehensive entertainment experience for their devoted fanbase.

The ambitious citywide event will feature multiple themed experiences throughout Los Angeles, including exclusive pop-up retail stores and special food and beverage partnerships. This marks an expanded version of a similar project the group successfully launched in the United States last year, demonstrating their growing influence in the American entertainment market.

A major highlight of this year's event is a groundbreaking partnership with Airbnb, which will provide fans with unique hands-on experiences. These interactive activities will include professional K-pop dance classes, comprehensive K-beauty tutorials, and an exclusive DJ party featuring remixes and original tracks from Seventeen's extensive music catalog. The collaboration represents a new approach to fan engagement that combines hospitality with entertainment.

The event program offers diverse creative workshops and learning opportunities for attendees. Fans will have the chance to record their own songs in professional studios, learn advanced DJing techniques and music remixing skills, and participate in artistic activities such as pottery painting and cake decorating workshops. These activities are designed to provide both entertainment and skill-building experiences for participants of all ages.

The area surrounding BMO Stadium, where Seventeen will perform their concert dates, will serve as a central meeting hub specifically designated for "Carat," the group's official fan club name. This strategic location choice ensures easy access for concertgoers while creating a community space for fans to connect and share their experiences.

Los Angeles itself will become part of the promotional campaign, with "Seventeen The City LA" advertisements appearing on digital screens at 55 subway stations throughout the metropolitan area. Additionally, 157 large-scale billboards in downtown districts will feature event promotions, creating maximum visibility across the city's busiest areas.

Several iconic Los Angeles landmarks will participate in the celebration. The famous Ferris wheel on the Santa Monica coast will be specially illuminated with Seventeen and Carat logos from October 15-17, creating a spectacular visual display visible from miles away. Universal Studios Hollywood will host a special singalong party featuring the group's hit songs on October 14, allowing fans to participate in a massive community celebration.

A dedicated pop-up store called "Seventeen on Complex" will open in West Los Angeles, offering exclusive merchandise and professionally designed photo zones for fans to capture memories. The retail space will feature limited-edition items and interactive displays showcasing the group's career highlights and achievements.

Numerous food and beverage brands throughout the city will join the celebration by offering special collaborative menu items inspired by the group and their music. These partnerships will provide fans with unique dining experiences while exploring different neighborhoods during their visit to Los Angeles.
