Singer and actor Doh Kyung-soo, best known as D.O. of K-pop boy group EXO, is set to release his first full-length solo album “Bliss” on July 7, his agency Company Soosoo announced Monday.
The upcoming album follows “Blossom,” his previous release from May 2024, and is expected to highlight Doh’s musical growth and artistry.
“Bliss will showcase Doh Kyung-soo’s wide vocal range and musical colors, as well as an unexpected charm he hasn’t shown before,” the agency said in a press release.
To accompany the album, Doh will embark on his solo Asia tour titled “DO it!” beginning with two concerts in Seoul on July 19 and 20. The tour will include performances in nine cities across the continent, with additional details to be revealed soon.
Doh debuted as a member of EXO in 2012 and has also built a successful acting career since 2014. He is widely recognized for his emotionally powerful roles in films such as The Moon (2023), My Annoying Brother (2016), and Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds (2017).
Most recently, he took on the lead role in his first romantic musical film, Secret: Untold Melody.
