TripleS, recognized as the largest K-pop girl group in history with 24 members, introduced their inaugural studio album titled "Assemble 24" on Wednesday. The release marks a significant moment for the group, as it is the first time since their inception in May 2022 that all 24 members have participated in an album together.
Speaking at a press conference held in Seoul, Seo Da-hyun, the 10th member to join TripleS, expressed her excitement about the group's new beginning with the completion of their lineup. The selection process for TripleS members involves fan voting facilitated by their agency, Modhaus, with each member assigned a number from S1 to S24 based on their order of joining.
Yoon Seo-yeon, known as S1, reminisced about the journey to assemble all 24 members and emphasized the group's strength in presenting unique performances, a testament to the diverse talents and backgrounds of its members.
The album comprises 10 tracks, including side B tracks "Midnight Flower" and "White Soul Sneakers," with contributions from members in composing and writing lyrics. Park So-hyun shared her experience of infusing the group's narrative into "White Soul Sneakers," underscoring the significance of their debut studio album.
Looking ahead, TripleS revealed plans to explore smaller unit activities in future albums to better showcase individual members' talents and personalities. However, they assured fans of their eventual return as a full group when the time calls for it, promising to continue delivering diverse and memorable performances.
