In a momentous achievement for the K-pop sensation Ateez, the music video for their chart-topping hit "Bouncy" has crossed the remarkable threshold of 100 million views on YouTube. The milestone was officially announced by their agency, KQ Entertainment, on Wednesday.
This accomplishment marks Ateez's second music video to achieve such a feat on the YouTube platform, following their earlier success with "Wonderland," the main track from their first studio album titled "Treasure Ep. Fin: All To Action."
"Bouncy (K-Hot Chili Peppers)" served as the lead track for their ninth EP, titled "The World Ep. 2: Outlaw," which was released in June. The EP made a significant impact on the global music scene by securing an impressive No. 2 position on the Billboard 200 chart—an unprecedented achievement for the eight-member group. It maintained a strong presence on the main albums chart for five consecutive weeks. Additionally, the album achieved top 10 status on the official albums chart in the United Kingdom and claimed the pinnacle spot on Oricon's weekly album ranking.
As Ateez continues to captivate audiences worldwide with their music and performances, the group is currently in the midst of their Asia tour. The tour's grand finale will take place in Manila, Philippines, on Saturday—an eagerly anticipated event that underscores their enduring popularity and global influence.
