The Seoul Design Startup Center, under the management of the Seoul Design Foundation led by CEO Kyung-don Lee, is set to host the "2023 Seoul Design Startup Center Demo Day." The event will take place at the open lounge on the 2nd floor of the DDP Design Lab on Tuesday, October 24th, starting at 2 p.m.
Demo Day, a critical phase in the program aimed at enhancing professional capabilities, acts as a platform for potential investments, purchases, and hiring opportunities. Unlike traditional Demo Days, this event is designed to engage a broader audience, including investment firms, startup planners, and the general public, allowing real-time feedback from users.
Participating companies will present their significant business plans and presentations, seeking guidance and insights from both experts and the audience. Immediate on-site consultation and catalog evaluations will be provided, enhancing the interaction between participants.
This event is an integral part of the "Seoul Design 2023" program, taking place at DDP since October 24th. General citizens and design officials visiting the event will join in the proceedings. Participating companies will have the chance to engage in IR (Investor Relations) presentations, small group mentoring, and networking sessions with venture investment experts. Audience members can participate in various events, including an on-site prize draw.
CEO Lee Kyung-don expressed the goal of fostering a collaboration ecosystem between design startups and relevant organizations. This initiative aims to support the competitiveness of products and services in the market.
