Label Big Hit Music announced on Monday that J-Hope of BTS will release a special solo album on March 29, accompanied by a documentary film.
Titled "Hope on the Street Vol. 1," the six-track album revolves around the theme of street dance, reflecting J-Hope's background as the main dancer of the group.
The accompanying documentary series, also titled "Hope on the Street," will debut the day before the album release, featuring six episodes. Filmed prior to J-Hope's enlistment in April last year, the series documents his travels across various cities including Seoul, Gwangju, Osaka, Paris, and New York, where he interacts with dancers from diverse genres.
In a gesture to his fans, J-Hope uploaded a handwritten letter on Sunday, coinciding with his birthday, expressing gratitude and reassuring them of his well-being.
