Korean boy band Zerobaseone, managed by Wakeone agency, revealed plans for their third EP titled "You Had Me at Hello," slated for release on May 13. The announcement was made through the group's official social media channels with the unveiling of a teaser poster featuring a sun motif, suggesting a thematic connection to the upcoming summer season. According to the agency, the album will narrate a story centered around the theme of destiny.
Prior to the EP's official launch, Zerobaseone will introduce one of its tracks, titled "Sweat," on April 24. The song is expected to deliver an energetic performance reflecting the ambiance of hot summer weather and fervor.
Zerobaseone has previously made notable achievements in the K-pop industry, notably becoming the first group to achieve consecutive single-day million-selling albums. Their debut album, "Youth in the Shade," released on July 10, 2023, and their second EP, "Melting Point," released on November 6 of the same year, both achieved this milestone. Additionally, the group made waves in Japan with their debut single "Yurayura-Unmeino Hana," which sold over 310,000 copies in its first week of release on March 20, setting a record for a debut album by an international artist in Japan.
