Notably, "SMTOWN Live" has been a global phenomenon since its inception in 2008, with concerts held in various countries, including Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Chile, the United Arab Emirates, France, and the United States.

SM Entertainment, a leading force in the K-pop industry, has confirmed the upcoming installment of its renowned concert series, "SMTOWN Live 2024." The event is scheduled to take place on February 21 and 22 at Tokyo Dome in Japan.
Participating artists from the SM Entertainment roster include Kangta, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation members Hyoyeon and Taeyeon, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, aespa, Riize, and a forthcoming boy band provisionally named NCT New Team.
