In a major musical event announcement, YG Entertainment disclosed that Treasure, the popular K-pop group, will be hosting a standalone concert in Seoul from October 15-17. This marks a significant expansion from their previous Seoul gig held approximately a year ago, showcasing the band's enhanced performance skills cultivated during their ongoing Asia tour spanning 17 cities and encompassing 40 live shows through mid-November.
The concert is aptly named after their highly successful second studio album, "Reboot," released in July. Notably, this album garnered immense acclaim, selling over 1.7 million copies and establishing Treasure as a million-selling act. The album's main track, "Bona Bona," soared to the top of the iTunes top songs chart in 20 regions, adding to the band's meteoric rise.
In a heartfelt gesture of gratitude towards their Japanese fanbase, who contributed significantly to their chart-topping success, Treasure released the Japanese-language version of the lead single earlier this month. This move was a token of appreciation for their continuous support, propelling Treasure's presence across various music charts, including Oricon’s weekly album ranking and weekly combined ranking in Japan.
