Agency Seeks Talented Females Born After 2007; Le Sserafim's Label to Hold In-Person Auditions Across Six Cities

Source Music, the agency representing the popular girl group Le Sserafim, has declared upcoming auditions to form a new generation girl group. The 2024 Source Music Audition will mark the agency's first in-person audition in over four years and five months, following the 2019 Plus Global Audition co-hosted by Source Music and Big Hit Music. 

▲ Courtesy of Source MusicScheduled to kick off in Seoul on March 2, the auditions will continue in Daejeon, Busan, Gwangju, Daegu, and Jeju on subsequent dates throughout March. Open to females born after 2007, regardless of nationality or residence, applications can be submitted online until 12:00 a.m. on February 26, with on-site applications accepted on the audition day. Aspiring participants can choose from various categories, including vocals, rap, dance, musical instruments, acting, or composition.

Successful candidates from the initial audition rounds will receive guidance for further stages, ultimately leading to the selection of the final trainee signed under Source Music. Detailed audition information is available on the agency's official website and social media channels.

Source Music, a label under Hybe, is widely recognized as the home of Le Sserafim. The new girl group emerging from this audition will be the first to debut under the agency since Le Sserafim.

Meanwhile, Le Sserafim is gearing up for the release of their 3rd mini album, "Easy," and is set to make history as the sole K-pop girl group performing at the prestigious Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the US come April.
