Jisoo, a member of the globally renowned K-pop group Blackpink, has officially announced the establishment of her independent label, named "Blissoo." This revelation, made on her social media account on Wednesday, marks her entry into a solo venture following fellow group members Jennie and Lisa, who had earlier set up their individual labels.
Despite the quartet's collective decision to renew their contract with YG Entertainment in December of the preceding year, individual members are concurrently pursuing personal endeavors. Notably, these endeavors are distinct from their collaborative activities as part of Blackpink.
Jisoo's foray into solo ventures comes as she takes on the role of the female lead in the movie adaptation of the web novel "Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint." The idol stars alongside Lee Minho and commenced filming for the project in December.
