South Korean production company Studio Dragon secured prestigious accolades at the 2023 Asian Academy Creative Awards (AACA) for the second consecutive year, reinforcing its success with the Netflix original series "The Glory."
The AACA, recognized as the premier content awards ceremony in Asia, took place in Singapore this December, featuring entries from 17 countries across the Asia-Pacific region. Notably, Studio Dragon's "The Glory" emerged victorious in the best drama series category, mirroring its achievement from the previous year with "Twenty Five Twenty One." In 2022, the studio also claimed best screenplay for "Our Blues" and best original production by a streamer/OTT for "Yumi's Cells."
This recognition follows the series' earlier triumph at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards in April, where it received the best drama award. Furthermore, "The Glory" has been nominated for the best foreign language series category at the 29th Critics' Choice Awards, alongside other Korean series such as "Mask Girl," "Bargain," and "Moving" in the current year.
