MLD Entertainment, the renowned entertainment agency, is poised to introduce another exciting addition to the Filipino music scene, as they prepare to debut a new boy band named "New:ID." Comprising five talented members—Thad, Wilson, Jom, Josh L., and Macky—this dynamic ensemble is set to make their debut by the end of this year, although an official date has yet to be confirmed.
These promising young artists initially caught the attention of audiences through their participation in the "Dream Maker" audition program. Launched in collaboration between Korean agency MLD Entertainment and Filipino media company ABS-CBN, the program aired from November to February, serving as the platform where these rising stars honed their skills and charisma.
Hori7on, another boy band under the MLD Entertainment banner, made their impressive debut in Korea in July with their full-length album titled "Friend-SHIP," further solidifying the agency's commitment to nurturing and promoting exceptional talent.
Notably, MLD Entertainment also houses boy band TFN and girl group Lapillus. They previously managed the popular girl group Momoland until the expiration of the members' contracts earlier this year, showcasing their rich portfolio within the music industry. As "New:ID" gears up to make their mark, fans eagerly await the arrival of these fresh voices in the world of music.
