Notably, B.I unveiled the first part of the series, "Part.1," in November 2022, initially announcing "Part.2" for an October release.
In a press release on Monday, 131 Label revealed that "Love or Loved Part.2" would delve into the narrative of "loved," following B.I's exploration of "love" in "Love or Loved Part.1."
The lead track of the EP, titled "Loved," made its debut at the 2023 Lollapalooza Berlin music festival on Sunday, enthralling audiences with its compelling sound. B.I will continue to showcase "Loved" during his forthcoming Europe tour, aptly named "Love or Die," commencing with a performance in Utrecht, Netherlands, on September 19th.
B.I's performance at the 2023 Lollapalooza Berlin music festival made history, as he became the first and only Korean artist to grace the event's stage. He enthralled the crowd with a stunning 22-track set encompassing his illustrious discography.
Fans can look forward to a prerelease single, scheduled for September 29th, followed by an early release of the lead track on October 27th, building excitement for the EP's full release in November.
B.I, also known by his real name Kim Han-bin, initially gained fame as a member of YG Entertainment's boy band iKON in 2015. However, he departed from both the group and the agency in 2019 amid allegations of illegal drug use, later resulting in a guilty verdict.
Now, B.I's return with "Love or Loved Part.2" marks a significant chapter in his artistic journey, and fans eagerly await his latest musical exploration of the theme of "loved."
