The accompanying song also secured a spot on Billboard's Hot 100 at No. 41, setting a record for a K-pop girl group at that time. Additionally, the track headlined the mini album of the same title, which debuted on Billboard 200 at No. 24, marking another milestone for a K-pop female band.
In a separate development, Blackpink, comprising four members, is currently in the process of contract renewal with their label, YG Entertainment. Notably, despite contractual discussions, the group made a notable appearance at Buckingham Palace last month, where King Charles bestowed upon them the title of honorary members of the Order of the British Empire.
