Baekho, a member of the boy band NU'EST, is set to release a duet with Park Ji-won from the girl group fromis_9, according to an announcement from their agency, Pledis Entertainment, on Thursday.
This duet serves as the second part of Baekho's music project titled "the [bæd] time." Despite the social media posts from both artists featuring an image from the same studio, specific details such as the single's title and release date are yet to be disclosed.
Baekho's previous digital single, "Elevator," was released three months ago in August and served as the first installment of his music project "the [bæd] time."
The project's title, "the [bæd] time," cleverly plays on words, encompassing both "bad" to convey Baekho's tough and powerful side and "bed" to showcase his softer, more emotional aspect, as per the press release.
Baekho initially debuted as part of the quintet boy band NU'EST in 2012. Following the group's disbandment in February 2022, he launched his solo career with the EP "Absolute Zero" in March 2022. This upcoming collaboration marks the continuation of his solo musical endeavors.
