Notably, "The Hill of Secrets" received the Best Rookie Director award at the 2023 Buil Film Awards, and "Mother Land" secured the Expected Director award at the 2023 Daejong Film Awards.

The Korean Film Archive (KOFA) is currently featuring a selection of 14 highly regarded independent films released between December 2022 and November 2023. The screenings are taking place at KOFA's Cinematheque theater in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
