Babymonster's track “Sheesh” has surpassed 100 million plays on Spotify, according to YG Entertainment on Tuesday. This marks the second time the rookie girl group has reached this milestone, achieving it in only two months, compared to five months for their pre-debut single “Batter Up.”
“Sheesh,” the main track from Babymonster's first EP “Babymons7er,” has spent seven consecutive weeks on Billboard’s Global charts, debuting at No. 87 on the Billboard Global 200 and No. 35 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart. The song has also remained on Spotify’s daily and weekly top songs global charts since its release.
Currently, the seven-member group is in the midst of their first fan meet tour, “Babymonster Presents: See You There.” The tour began in Tokyo and is set to resume in Jakarta on June 8.
