GALLERIA CONTINUA has unveiled a new documentary titled The Ability to Dream, directed by Sky Arte and TIWI, which chronicles the gallery's 30-year journey through the reflections of key participants. In this milestone, the gallery appreciates the artists, curators, and supporters who have contributed to its success.
Beginning June 3, 2023, at Les Moulins, the exhibition invites attendees to explore the themes of art, love, and friendship across three timeframes: past, present, and future. It features works from approximately seventy artists, highlighting the deep connections cultivated over the years.
Founded in 1990 in San Gimignano, GALLERIA CONTINUA has grown to eight locations worldwide, including significant expansions in China, Cuba, and Dubai. The Les Moulins site, established in 2007, serves as an innovative hub for artistic expression and community engagement.
The Ability to Dream honors the gallery' artists through significant works that reflect these values, also echoed in the previous chapters in Paris and Fontvieille. The gallery's history has been shaped by each artist's impact, contributions, and the new paths they have forged, incorporating diverse silhouettes, forms, colors, and languages
The exhibition continued with chapters in Paris from June 23 to September 21, 2023, followed by a third installment at the Centre Interculturel Leila Alaoui (CILA) in Fontvieille from July 8 to September 10, 2023.
