Former UP10TION Member Returns After 20-Month Hiatus with Urban Dance-Pop Anthem

Solo artist Lee Jin-hyuk has returned to the spotlight with the release of his latest album, "NEW QUEST: JUNGLE," marking his comeback after approximately 20 months of hiatus.

Debuting as a member of the group UP10TION in 2015, Lee gained recognition through his participation in Mnet's survival audition show, "Produce X 101," where he embarked on his solo career following the show's conclusion due to rank manipulation controversies.

In addition to his musical pursuits, Lee expanded into acting in 2020 and recently completed filming for the upcoming JTBC drama, "Frankly Speaking," set to premiere in May.

Approaching his thirties, Lee emphasized the importance of crafting music that reflects his identity and depth, drawing from his experiences as a former UP10TION member, participant in a reality show, and actor.

The 6th mini album, "NEW QUEST: JUNGLE," consists of six tracks, including the title track "Relax," characterized by its uplifting lyrics encouraging listeners to find solace in everyday moments.

Lee aimed to strike a balance between personal expression and universal appeal in his creative process, focusing on crafting tunes that resonate with everyone while staying true to himself.

Regarding the future of UP10TION, Lee stated that there are currently no plans for group activities, with each member pursuing individual endeavors.

Lee expressed his commitment to achieving commercial success and fostering a harmonious partnership with his label, emphasizing his desire to reciprocate the trust vested in him.
