Amidst growing anticipation, project girl group EL7Z UP is set to make their debut on September 14th with their highly-awaited EP, "7+UP." Pronounced as "eltz up," this seven-member ensemble was formed through the cable network Mnet's captivating girl group competition program, "Queendom Puzzle."
In the lead-up to their debut, the group has teased fans with the promise of teaser photos and videos, building excitement throughout the week. As part of their gradual unveiling, the album's tracklist is scheduled to be revealed on Sunday, as showcased in the teaser poster released on a recent Monday.
The group's debut will be marked by the release of the music video for their lead track and the digital album, both scheduled for September 14th. Fans can further immerse themselves in the experience as the physical album for "7+UP" becomes available a week later, on September 21st.
Adding to the excitement, EL7Z UP will introduce a limited-run pop-up store and cafe at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, central Seoul, running from September 21st to September 27th. Detailed information about this special experience will be unveiled at a later date.
It's worth noting that EL7Z UP was originally named EL7Z U+P, and their seven-member project lineup comprises Hwiseo from H1-KEY, Nana from woo!ah!, Yuki from Purple Kiss, Kei from Lovelyz, Yeoreum from WJSN, Yeonhee from Rocket Punch, and Yeeun, a current soloist and former member of CLC.
Distinguishing themselves from other project girl groups formed through cable network audition programs, EL7Z UP will operate without predetermined contract years but instead will embark on a journey of musical creativity, planning to release a total of three albums. The debut of "7+UP" heralds an exciting chapter in the world of K-pop as EL7Z UP promises to captivate audiences with their unique talents and refreshing approach to the music scene.
