Fans Contribute to "So Amazing Onew’s BD Project JP" with a Group of 120 Donors Since 2017

This year's well, located in a Cambodian elementary school, is intended to provide drinking water for students and nearby residents.
World Share, the non-governmental organization overseeing the project, manages children's group homes, facilitates international child sponsorships, improves access to clean water, provides emergency relief, and dispatches volunteer groups to nearly 30 countries worldwide.
A fan participating in the donation expressed gratitude for Onew and SHINee's dedication over their 15-year career in Korea and 11-year tenure in Japan. The fan highlighted the reciprocal relationship between the artist and fans, expressing a desire to contribute to a region in need as a way of sharing the strength and happiness derived from the artist-fan connection.

In August, 120 Japanese fans of SHINee's Onew donated money through the NGO World Share to fund the construction of a well in Cambodia. The gesture aimed to celebrate Onew's birthday, which falls on December 14. The ongoing construction is expected to conclude later this month.
