NewJeans, the rookie K-pop girl group, has achieved a notable milestone as their second EP, "Get Up," maintains its presence on the Billboard 200 chart for the 14th consecutive week.
As of the latest chart dated November 4, "Get Up" secured the 98th position, slightly down from its previous rank at 84. This accomplishment marks the second-longest streak on the Billboard 200 for a K-pop girl group, with Blackpink's first studio album, "The Album," leading the way at 26 weeks.
NewJeans' EP made its debut on the Billboard 200 in August, reaching the impressive number one spot on the main albums chart.
In addition to the album's success, the main tracks from "Get Up" have maintained their strong presence on various Billboard global charts. "Super Shy," now in its 16th consecutive week on the charts, secured positions at 38th on the Global Excluding U.S. chart and 56th on the Global 200 chart. Another track from the EP, "ETA," also found a spot at 88th on the Global Excluding U.S. chart and 156th on the Global 200 chart.
