SM Entertainment's latest boy band, Riize, is set to create a milestone by becoming the first K-pop act to perform at the Tecate Emblema festival, one of Mexico's prominent pop music events.
Scheduled for May 17 and 18 at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez car racing track venue in Mexico City, Tecate Emblema has drawn over 150,000 attendees annually since its inception in 2015.
Riize, debuted on September 4, 2023, with the single "Get A Guitar" under SM Entertainment, consists of members Shotaro, Sungchan, Eunseo, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee, and Anton.
Acknowledging their rising prominence, Apple Music and the Grammys have named Riize the rookie to watch out for in 2024.
