Joint Confirmation from Management Firms as Visuals Wrap Up; IU's Album Expected in First Half of 2024

In a recent local media report, it has been confirmed that V of BTS will make a cameo appearance in an upcoming music video for IU's new single. Both artists' management firms have officially verified this information. Edam Entertainment stated that the visual content has already been filmed, and IU's anticipated album is slated for release in the first half of 2024. 

▲ Courtesy of Big Hit MusicThe accelerated shooting schedule is attributed to V's impending military enlistment, scheduled for the next week alongside RM, Jimin, and Jungkook. V and the group's leader are set to begin their military service on December 11, as announced by their label, Big Hit Music, on Tuesday. Subsequently, Jimin and Jungkook will enlist together on the following day. The quartet is expected to be discharged in June 2025.

V provided a glimpse into his enlistment preparations by sharing an image of his shorn hair on the floor late last month.
