In an ambitious stride toward international prominence, boy band Trendz is gearing up to release its third single this September and embark on its maiden world tour the subsequent month, encompassing performances across 20 countries worldwide.
The forthcoming single, titled "Still On My Way," is set to make its debut on September 6, marking a six-month interval since the release of their previous single, "Blue Set Chapter. [New Dayz]," in March earlier this year. Helmed by producer Leez, who has lent his creative touch to the band's prior two singles, "Still On My Way" is poised to further cement Trendz's sonic identity, as revealed by their agency Global H Media.
The band's audacious global endeavor is slated to kick off in Asia, spanning 25 states within the United States and subsequently traversing through Europe. The international tour is slated to encompass diverse countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, France, and Britain. Although the tour's commencement date is yet to be finalized, the band is set to unfurl its musical prowess in multiple corners of the globe.
Notably, Trendz has already made its mark in various international locales, including Indonesia, Kazakhstan, and Japan.
With a steadfast determination to carve its niche as a frontrunner within the K-pop realm, Trendz has positioned itself at the forefront of the scene's evolution. The agency articulated their vision succinctly, stating, "With a new song and an ambitious global undertaking, Trendz is poised to emerge as a trailblazing force within the K-pop landscape of 2024."
Trendz, pronounced as "trend zee," made its debut in January 2022 with a lineup of seven members — Havit, Leon, Yoonwoo, Hankook, ra.L, Eunil, and Yechan. The release of their inaugural EP, "Blue Set Chapter 1. Tracks," marked their entry into the music world. Notably, even prior to their official debut, Trendz had garnered recognition by sharing dance cover videos of other K-pop idol groups, foreshadowing their rise to prominence within the industry.
