SM Entertainment has unveiled the highly anticipated lineup of the latest subunit within the NCT universe, featuring seven talented members.
The confirmed members of this new subunit, tentatively named "NCT New Team," are Sion, Yushi, Riku, Sakuya, Daeyoung, Jungmin, and Ryo. Notably, with the exception of Sion and Yushi, these members recently showcased their skills and talents in the captivating competition show "NCT Universe: Lastart" on ENA.
Fans of NCT can look forward to witnessing the inaugural performances of NCT New Team at the Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka this weekend, followed by a spectacular show at the Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo from September 16th to 17th, marking a significant chapter in NCT's stadium tour.
The excitement doesn't stop there as NCT New Team is set to embark on a tour that will see them performing in 10 cities across Japan, with an impressive total of 28 performances. This tour kicks off at the Line Cube Shibuya, also known as Shibuya Public Hall, in Tokyo on October 8th and 9th.
NCT, known for its dynamic musicality and diverse subunits, including NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV, comprises a total of 20 members. The addition of NCT New Team is expected to bring a fresh dimension to the group's ever-evolving narrative.
This new subunit is heralded as the "last chapter" in NCT's remarkable journey, as confirmed by the agency. Fans can eagerly anticipate the official name of the subunit, set to be revealed at a later date, as NCT continues to redefine the boundaries of K-pop and captivate audiences worldwide.
