Worldly renowned British graffiti artist Banksy has put 50 of his screen-prints for sale to raise money for Ukraine. Banksy officially announced that they had partnered with nonprofit Legacy of War on their Instagram.
According to the Legacy of War foundation's website, each print is limited to one per purchaser, is signed and numbered from an edition of 50, and costs about $6,131 each.
One of the featured prints shows a rat, which is a recurrent subject in Banksy’s work sliding down the side of a cardboard box that says "FRAGILE", leaving claw marks on F and R. Left “AGILE” behind.
Each piece is unique and will vary significantly from other works since Banksy will "attack every print with a sharpened pizza cutter," according to the organization.
The money from selling the prints will be used to buy ambulances and other vehicles that are needed right away and also give people without power in a harsh winter heater and solar-powered lights. "And we'll be able to keep helping shelters for Kyiv women and LGBTQ people. From this, Banksy has shown his support for Ukraine.
