K-pop boy band Enhypen members Heeseung, Jay, and Ni-Ki are set to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a Major League Baseball game on April 29.
The Seattle Mariners announced the special event on their social media channel, revealing that Jay, a Seattle native, is known for his fandom of the Mariners.
Fans of Enhypen can purchase customized t-shirts featuring the band's logo, the Mariners' name, and the team's compass logo on the Mariners' official website.
Enhypen is currently touring the U.S. for its "Fate Plus World Tour," with upcoming stops at venues including Anaheim's Honda Center, Oakland Arena, Tacoma Dome in Seattle, Allstate Arena in Chicago, and Belmont Park in New York.
The band debuted with seven members in November 2020 under Belift Lab, a subsidiary of HYBE. Formed through the cable network Mnet and HYBE's audition show "I-LAND" in September 2020, Enhypen consists of members Sunghoon, Jay, Jake, Jungwon, Heeseung, Sunoo, and Ni-ki.
