K-pop girl group Weeekly is set to release its sixth extended play on July 9, according to an announcement made by their agency, IST Entertainment, on Wednesday. This release follows the group's previous mini-album, “ColoRise,” which was launched approximately eight months ago after a hiatus of over one and a half years during which the group reorganized as a six-member act.
In January, Weeekly released a digital single featuring both Korean and English versions of the song “Stranger,” which was first performed at their fan meeting earlier in the month. The release of “Stranger” marked the group’s debut of an English-language song.
Last month, the six members held a fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan, marking their first fan event outside of South Korea since their debut in 2020.
