SM Entertainment Confirms Enlistment Plans for Popular Musician Taeyong

Prior to his enlistment, Taeyong concluded promotions for his second solo EP, "Tap," released the previous month. The EP achieved significant success, topping the iTunes top albums chart in 33 regions. Additionally, he held a solo concert in Seoul as part of his promotional activities.

Taeyong, a member of the K-pop group NCT, is set to begin his mandatory military service on April 15, as announced by his label, SM Entertainment, on Monday.
The musician conveyed the news to fans through a handwritten letter posted on a fan platform, expressing gratitude to his supporters and fellow bandmates for their role in his personal growth and development.
