NewJeans Tops Oricon Chart with Japanese Debut Single "Supernatural"

NewJeans secured the top position on Oricon's daily single ranking for a second consecutive day with their debut Japanese single "Supernatural," according to their agency, Ador, on Monday. The single immediately reached the top of the chart upon release and debuted at No. 1 on Line Music’s real-time chart. Additionally, "Supernatural" rose to No. 3 on Oricon's daily digital single ranking, while its B-side track "Right Now" secured the No. 6 spot.
The Japanese single album sold over 680,000 copies in South Korea on its release day, achieving the No. 1 position on a local albums chart.
NewJeans is set to host a fan meeting titled "Bunnies Camp" at Tokyo Dome later this week. Member Hyein, who has been on hiatus due to a foot injury since April, will participate in the two-day event to reconnect with fans.
