Event to Include Online Broadcast; New Album and Solo Projects Announced

NCT 127 will hold a fan meetup in Seoul on August 3 and 4 to celebrate the eighth anniversary of their debut, as announced by their label, SM Entertainment, on Tuesday. The event, titled “8ecret Invitation,” will be broadcast live online to accommodate fans unable to attend in person.

The nine-member subunit will host the event with only eight members present, as Taeyong is currently serving his mandatory military service.

In March, NCT 127 completed their third international tour, “The Unity,” which concluded with a two-day concert at Tokyo Dome. Last month, they released the single “Colors” in Japan to mark the sixth anniversary of their debut in the country.

SM Entertainment also announced that NCT 127 is set to release their sixth full album in the third quarter of this year. Additionally, member Jaehyun is preparing for the release of his first solo album.
