dohing art is known as a gallery that promotes contemporary art and connects people through various exhibitions and programs.

The booth of dohing art, consisted of 7 young artists, was crowded with many visitors right after opening ceremony of Kiaf PLUS. Over 200 paintings, worked by An sohyun, Chung Sunjoo, Jung Sane, Lee Jieun, Lim Jimin, Seo Woongju and Yoo Jaeyeon are filling up the space.

The unique concept of dohing art booth attracts many visitors. Most galleries in art fair generally shows various size of artworks. dohing art, however, filled up the booth with 220 small artworks.

“Many people want to buy artworks at art fair. The hope that many people could buy paintings at art fair led me to organize booth of small size works. I appreciate to 7 artists who accepted my proposal to draw small artworks for Kiaf PLUS,” said Seunghee Chung who is the director of dohing art.

Not only the size of artworks is noticeable feature of dohing art, but also their mood of booth is one of dohing art’s interesting feature. They unified the color of chairs, paint of wall and even red dots in yellow and wood tone.

“I think red dots are so typical and sometimes they interfere in appreciation of artworks. So I tried to unify the color of dots with color of wall. I know this is an art fair, but it is one of our exhibition too. I want to show and promote our gallery through Kiaf Plus,” Seunghee Chung added.

The Booth of dohing art is located in C23 of Hall 3. dohing art will run a booth until September 5.
